2010 SPRING MEETING REGISTRATION

This registration form can be used to register for the 2010 Spring Meeting. By providing the requested information, you can make your room choice, meal choices and submit any special requests/requirements you will need to accommodate your attendance at the Spring Meeting.

Online registration is available for hotel and local airport transportation on their respective websites:

• If you would like to use the Shuttle Express online registration for transportation to and from the Seattle-Tacoma airport, please copy and paste the following link into your web browser: http://shuttleexpress.hudsonltd.net/res?USERIDENTRY=SLINGRLD&LOGON=GO.

  The hotel rate is $125 per night but the Institute is subsidizing the rate for faculty senate, directors and staff-in-training attendees. Reserve your room by March 19, 2010 and receive the Institute's subsidized rate of $75 per night. The reservations must be completed through the Westin online system or by contacting the Slingerland office.
  
  You will not need a credit card to make the hotel reservation unless you will be arriving later than 7:30 pm. Note that the online hotel reservation is open through March 24, 2010 at which time all of the rooms will be released to the general public.

There will also be a link to the two sites on the payment/confirmation page following submission of this form.

Upon completing the registration form, please click the "Submit" button. It will take you to the payment/confirmation page where we are proud to offer three convenient ways to pay for your meals:
