CREDIT AND CLOCK HOURSGRADUATE LEVEL COLLEGE CREDITS Participants in Slingerland courses, short courses, and workshops will receive graduate-level credits upon completion of the course or program. Colleges and universities offering these credits are Alaska Pacific University, California State University, University of San Diego, Lewis and Clark College, Seattle Pacific University, Cumberland University, and Florida International University.That these institutions provide college credits for our courses is a strong testament to our competency and reliability and to the respect we have earned in the field of dyslexia education. IMSLEC Accreditation The Slingerland® Multisensory Approach for Language Arts Training Course is accredited at the Teacher and Instructor of Teaching levels by the International Multisensory Structured Language Education Council (IMSLEC). IMSLEC is a nonprofit corporation formed in 1995 to accredit training courses that prepare specialists in multisensory structured language arts programs. |
